Eat more often, in smaller amounts. This will speed up the rate your metabolism works, Also the amount of energy it burns off.

You do still need to work out about 15 min a day though, even if its a very slow jog.

Also Tuna, Berrys, Chicken (not deep fried), Fruit, and most veggies are safe betts to keep away all they exstra crap you don't need. Not that you shoulden't still eat you snacks.

Jog. That burns fat like mad and strengthens leg muscles.

dude just jog alot and do push ups and crunches
buy a cheap workout machine and lift weights
