OK i am 5 feet 2 inches and 13...is that normal?!

I wouldn't worry about it at all. When I was 13 I was about 5 feet even. Then between my sophomore and junior year of high school I shot up to about 5' 8". Now I'm 19 and about 6' 2" and still growing. It just takes time little buddy; I used to think I was never going to grow.
dont trip. you have a ways to go bro. or mabe you will jest be short. how tall are your parents or your grandparents. you can get an idea from them.
I can't really say since you're just starting puberty. Most people at your age will grow a lot in the next 3 years. Some don't start and stop for a while, everybody is different.
umm... your still in it, but you will shoot up. i was short i was 4ft 9in... then i am now at 5ft 9.5in and still going. im 18

I'm 5'2" except i turned 14 exactly a month ago... yeah & the majority of the ppl @ school are either my height or taller...
