some girls care for muscular boys, but some dont care... i suggest you go to her, act as cool as you can be... you will know later on if she wants guys with abs...

Yes and no. Because 17 yr. old girls like anything male. they're absolute nuts about boys. Todays girls should go after the boys with the brains. They will usually provide a better living.
If you are already in good shape, you should start showing your interest in her and playing up the good sides of your personality. Are you smart? Funny? Do you have some ambition? Are you hard on the eyes? Do you have any discernible talent? You've got to take that stuff into account too. You're already in shape -- work out for yourself, but show the girl you've got more to offer.
