Very tender testicle and sharp pain in abdomen?!
Question: I was walking in my back yard, and without warning, my right side of my abdomen just started hurting extremely bad. My right testicle was EXTREMELY tender to touch. I went inside, it hurt really bad. After 40 minutes, I only just decided to tell my parents and see if it's bad enough to go to the emergency room.
I then thought to take some pain killers (aka asprin/panadol). So I did, and sat down for another 20 minutes. Pain went down a lot. Got up and walked to my room, hurt a fair bit, but not as bad as when it first started
So now I'm sitting down again, pain hardly bothering me. It hurts when I touch, push it against the other testicle, walk and jump. The pain in the abdomen is dying down too. I've never had any kind of pain like this with my testicles. Well, the right testicle. The left one is completely alright, no pain, no nothing.
I can urinate fine, no pain there, no blood either. If the pain does continue, I'll see my doctor ASAP.
I am 14 years old, turning 15 in June.

As far as i can tell u when your testicles rubs themselves against your legs and pants when walking u will experience pain which is some what normal just try to take a warm bath to ease the pain or lay on the bed on your belly or back position the pain will leave in dew time.
But if your very concern then try seeing a doctor u might had swollen your testicles after walking to much or if your testicles is rubbing to much on your clothes.
And about your abdomen that happens when u eat food and start running or playing causing u to have pain and when u breath deeply it hurts.
It might also go to do with your testicles as well because if your testicles hurts alot your whole body feels the pain even in your lower back and front making u nauseated.
I'd so go to the hospital! I don't know what it could be but I would for sure go.
you have a hernia, or a clog in your urinary track
sounds like the kind of injury you would sustain if you strained or pulled something dude, bit weird to get it just walking but definately go to the doc if it doesnt get better quick or if it ever happens again. Good luck!!
I had it hurt before because I slept on one the wrong way...Hopefuly that is all it is...The doc will give it a feel,look for any lumps or bumps,if it is a growth then they will go ahead and remove it
It's a wild guess, but it could be Testicular Torsion, which means you really, really ought to get it checked out.

did at any time you push up or down on your abdomen?
...that's bad! you must consult your doctor immediately so that you will have relief after some medications(I think)...

I think it is a case of "BLUE BALLS". And I am not being smart. I won't say more because you are only 14. I really don't think you should worry about it.. It will go away by it's self
I hope you have already seen a doctor. I lost one of mine at the age of eleven due to torsion. If you have torsion it is too late the testicle is dead now. If you are still hurting see a doctor don't mess with this. Testicular cancer is the number three killer of young men between the age of 11 and 35. If you still have pain get off your duff and get to a urologist. If you have abdominal cramps and nausea it is an emergency get to an emergency room. Another possibility is mumps. If you have that then you will also lose function of the testicle. Testicles are fragile things don't ignore pain.
