Question: i have man boobs i have been going to the gym for over a year but they are still there i'm tired of seeing them i lost over 120 lbs an they are still there! whats is an easy method of getting rid of them without surgery!!!

well this is kinda tricky question but if sit ups alone ai'nt doing it then i seriously consider cosmetic surgery!!
Contratulations on having lost all that weight! But with that kind of weight loss there are things that you will have to deal with afterwards. My brother lost somewhere around a hundred pounds and has lots of extra skin. He also has 'man boobs'. It sounds like you are doing the right thing with working out. Besides working out, there is almost nothing you can do to get the skin to shrink back on its own. Surgery might be the only thing to get rid of them completely. Again, congratulations on the weight loss.
You can't get rid of them without surgery. Period. Sorry to say!
