Should I get a new workout plan? And what should it be?!


Question: i've been doing the same 1 for about a year and a half, and its 1 day shoulders back and biceps, and the other day chest and triceps, which is how i want to keep it but i want some new excercises

That's not a great plan. This is what I do and it's helped me gain over 30 pounds of muscle in the past year.
Monday - Chest & Shoulders
Tuesday - Back & Calfs
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Bi's & Tri's
Saturday - OFF
Sunday - Abs & Calfs (Only when trying to trim down, otherwise this is an off day)
If you eat a clean diet and workout for about an hour on each of these days, I'll bet my savings account you get stronger and look better. Don't eat less than 4,500 clean calories a day as well! Good Luck.
