i was i think 5'1" when i was in jr high... so like 13, i was just avg, im 6'3" now, i love milk im drinkin out of my 44oz glass right now... =) but ya a good diet will help with the height if your concerned

I was always short in grade school, I grew to about 5"11
I was usually the shortest kid in class all through school. Now I'm what I think is average height, 5' 10". Considering my family is tiny, I'm huge.

no you will hit a groth spurt my some was short at 11 but now at 19 he is 6-2
