Height Projection.?!
Question: Im 17 and im 5-11 and I was wonering if i will get any taller. My mom is 5-4 and my dad is 5-8. but all of my dads brothers are either 6-2 or 6-3. I havnt grown since i was about 16 when i went frm 5-9 to 5-11. if you need more info let me know.

It's hard to say, at age 17! Don't WORRY about it! Just BE who you ARE... And, who you want to BE! THAT is what is IMPORTANT!

For anyone who has a 'PROBLEM' with your height! Just tell them that you ALWAYS want to be LOOKED-UP to!!!

you might grow another inch or two if you eat right (protein, calcium and such). males grow until about age 20-21

im 13 and i am 5'7
your growth spurt seems to have decreased, but dont worry you could squeeze out another inch or 2
just drink a lot of milk, and jump a lot, those help a lot with growth

Because you're 17 you may not grow too much taller
Hard to know really
Get yourself some COMPLETE vitamin and mineral pills. The More things in them ,the better. . Especially make sure they have SELENIUM in them. I was 5' 6 inches when I graduated H.S. but when I got good nutrition in USAF, by 22 Y.O. I grew to 5' 8" When I joined USAF, I weighed an unhealthy 118, 4 years later I was a healthy 160.
