OMG HOW MANY PPL HAVE ASKED THIS QUESTION....CARDIO DOES NOT REDUCE MUSCLE IN ARMS....as long a u go do bicep curls on a regular basis....cardio however will tone them and u will get tht sylcester cut if u do more cardio

To put things clearly, muscles are not part of the same mass of tissue throughout your entire body; That is, exercising one muscle will not cause another to shrink. Not using a muscle will cause it to shrink and exercising a muscle will cause it to grow, the two have no connection. Cardio will not cause harm at all, cardio makes you lose fat, so if you're losing mass in your arms after doing cardio, it's fat. Honestly, do some reading before asking something like this, it's fairly common knowledge.
