How long should my facial hair be before I should start shaving?!

Well its all about what you personaly like.,. If you dont want to have very visible facial hair or dont think it lookds good on you, then shave it off, you can shave whenever you want, as often as you would like. Some people decide to grow out their facial hair so they dont shave.., When you start shaving, your facial hair will begin to grow back even quicker each time, so you will get to a point in your teen years, maybe even soon that you will shave once a week,,,there is nothing wrong with it...good luk..enjoy
If you are showing facial hair you can start shaving. I've seen some kids who haven't shaved because they just have a few strands but those strands are a few inches long. With you just having a little is a good time to get introduced to a razor.
