growth is largely genetic as far as height and general build. working out can build muscle, making you heavier and bigger. overeating can also make you fatter and heavier. nothing has been shown to increase the growth of long bones. your body is programmed to grow to a point and stop. during WWII japan and germany did many unethicle experiments on twins on things such as this. they showed that stress can stunt growth, but they found nothing to increase it, which they wanted to find to create thier super race. the bottom line is our height and general build tends to be genetic. you can effect it in some ways, but not a lot.

masturbation actually increases testosterone levels. after ejaculation, there is a momentary drop on free levels, which triggers your pituitary to trigger your testicles to make more. for a brief time as your body replaces the expended testosterone you are at your highest levels. as your body uses it, it drops some. then upon ejaculation it hits a new low, and triggers you to produce more. like most things in life it is a natural cycle.

yes, what do you think bodybuilding is?

and i do not know, (i jsut looked it up) and infactict does, so yes. You would loose testosteron when masturbating. Wether this would be a horrible thing is open for debate. again i dont think so...

yes, exercising can marginally help but height is mainly inherited

stop masterbating and you will go back to normal
