NO lotion, only creams like neosporin or other topical ointments for skin abrasions or cuts. Best is just plain petroleum jelly/vaseline==which is what most of the above are based in anyway. That's what the dermatologists use for major skin tears or after cancer surgery, so if they think it's best it probably is. Salt water--no way.
Also, next time if she is a bit rough, show her how to do it properly and to not hold so tight. Unfortunately girls have long nails, and those are damn near lethal weapoons at times around a guy's penis! Good luck and it should heal in a few days as long as you let it rest.

Savlon is an antiseptic cream. If you put it on before you go to bed a few nights in a row it chould heal in no time. You can buy it almost anywhere in the UK - supermarkets, pharmacy, chemists, etc. Not sure about the US, but I know you can definately buy it on the internet.

Any vitamin E type creams would help. Don't rub it in for too long though
Could it be a STD? Was she touching herself then touching you? Get it checked out by a doctor. That doesn't sound normal, even if she did get a little rough.
Next time use a lubricant.
Try a gentle salve, or some anti-biotic ointment.

I reccomend bathing it in aqueous cream. You should be able to get that from any pharmacy. It's a water based moisturiser and it will clean the area and help soothe the rawness.
