Need fast 6 packs?!
Question: K if anyone has ever tried any thing for abs, like crunches and things in about 2-4 weeks i need a good solid noticable six pac. im 13 but i think i can get one. im not fat or anything, got less than 1cm of fat from my skin to my abs...i have a really slight outline of a 6 pack, o and btw i dont need a diet, just something i can do to get a 6 pack in 2-4 weeks and a noticable one
please tell me if it worked for u!
also im 5feet 2 and 105 lbs if that is anything

at 13 it might be hard to get noticeable abs dude. BUT you can try doing crunches on a decline bench (add weight if you can)....crunches on a yoga ball are good too and you can get one at walmart for like 10 bucks. Also go hit up a gym... thats the best way. But honestly 2-4 weeks is to short of time.
I would say search it on youtube and search workout routine don t overdo it though just do something nice and easy around the house
You're only 13, you're still growing, you can't get noticeable abs in 2 to 4 weeks. You'd have to use creatine, and work out allot for that to happen. I still don't even know if that is possible. I've had a 6 pack from age 10, and I've formed it into a slight 8 pack, now that I'm 20. I don't know if you should even take creatine, do to your age, ask a physician if you even think of it.

2 weeks? Give me a break!!! At 13 y/o, you probably haven't lost your 'baby-fat' yet!
IF you are SERIOUS, talk to your gym teacher, or get a book from the library! And, tell your parents what is on your mind! And, WHY!!! (You haven't said WHY you "need a good solid noticable six pac.")
No disrespect to your GOAL, but make sure it is for the right reasons, and that it is attainable for YOU!
