Penis problems with older?!

Question: Any idea what's wrong with a mans penis that when erect bends to one side. Not just a little, it's quite a lot. In other words just erect on one side. He's 50 years old and been like it for two months. Works well and feels well just looks little odd. Found something on net that said stress related but any of you chaps know anything about it or have suffered with this and if so for how long and did it just get better. Any info would be great.

Peyronie's Disease ( Cut and paste into Wikipedia)

A certain degree of curvature of the penis is considered normal, as many men are born with this benign condition, commonly referred to as congenital curvature. This causes the penis to point in a direction other than directly forward, while still having a relatively straight shaft. Such curvature is not caused by Peyronie's Disease

If he's that worried he should see his doctor. X

Sort of leaning tower of penis effect is it?

it is like a compass

I don't know but if he was not born like that, but it just started doing that I would check with the doctor to see what the heck is going on.

Ha Ha, maybe he pulled a muscle

Edit, ok you sound serious.
You can get an operation for it. It is not serious and won't harm you or give you side effects, oops. I mean it is a safe procedure.
Good Luck !

I have never heard of such a thing. He should consult a good doctor of that field.

Peyronie's Disease

cuase it to go to one side, its un treatable i think.

its Peyronnes decease it may take 18 months to clear up
------ its a hardening of cells inside the penis causing it to bend ----if it doesn`t hurt don`t worry ---if it still persists and becomes painfull see your G. P.

At least it's half working. Seriously I'd see a doctor before the other side quits working.

If the bend is very pronounced (rather than just a slight curve which is normal) then it is called Peyronie's Disease, which is curvature of the penis and more common amongst older men., xx

google 'Peyronie's Disease' and i'm sure you'll get all the info you need.

ps. it is not dangerous or life altering, it is just a medical condition. xx

It might be Peyronie's disease, which results from inflammation and scarring in a particular part of the male anatomy known as the tunica albuginea. This is quite a difficult condition to treat and there is quite a lot of evidence that the standard medical treatment, POTABA or potassium para amino benzoate, does not in fact work! This leaves only surgery as a useful option. The condition certainly needs specialist management, so he should start by visiting his GP.
