Can getting punched in the arm decrease your biceps size and cutness?!

Question: sometimes people punch me in the arm, and it pisses me off with a passion...and sometimes they really get a good punch...but i asked my brother, and he said someone would litterally have to punch the bicep as hard as they could and break there hand for it to even do anything...and he said even if that happend, your bicep would heal and it would get back to normal...i was just wondering...really paranoid about it.

when you work out you are basically tearing your muscles and forcing them to grow back stronger than before. If anything a bruised are has the potential of healing more "cut" than before granted you don't put it in a sling and continue to use it as normal.

no way dude only if u don't maintain your muscles then the mass will drop by about 20 percent dude. no worries tell ur brother hes a butthead and punch him back.

Oh, heavens no, but it can cause one nasty bruise.

My advice to you is get some professional counseling and pronto. Unless you are a masochist, sugar, there is no reason why you (or for that matter anyone) should put up with being a punching bag for others. Stay off the maryjane, dude, and soon enough you won't be paranoid about any of this nonsense any longer.

not really, but it could stay that way if they punch frequently...
