Am I going to grow more (height)?!
Question: Okay, I'm a boy and I'm 5'9. I just turned 16 2 months ago. My dad, when he was younger, was about 5'11. My mom is 5'4. I sleep 10 hrs a day and I eat food rich in nutrients and calcium.
How many inches do you think I can get from age 16-19?
But the thing is, I hit my growth spurt in early 7th grade. Idk if I even grew much during that period, but I noticed that I had a deeper voice and hair on different parts of my body. Will I hit another growth spurt because I hear people hit about 2 growth spurts from ages 8-20? Is that true?

you may grow to be 5'11" like your dad or you may be the same hight you are now but 5' 9" isnt bad btw i 5' 11" and 16 as well
