Getting taller!!!?!
Question: Okay, I'm a boy and I'm 5'9. I just turned 16 2 months ago. My dad, when he was younger, was about 5'11. My mom is 5'4. I sleep 10 hrs a day and I eat food rich in nutrients and calcium.
How many inches do you think I can get from age 16-19?
But the thing is, I hit my growth spurt in early 7th grade. Idk if I even grew much during that period, but I noticed that I had a deeper voice and hair on different parts of my body. Will I hit another growth spurt because I hear people hit about 2 growth spurts from ages 8-20? Is that true?

all depends on u.because if u'll practice any sport or do a growing high routine then u'll definetely grow taller ,and that will outrun ur genetical information.By the way,if u are interested u can find a lot of tips,only writing'how to grow taller'(google).good luck!
ull need a specalist to work out what has a good chance of happening, otha than that theres just no way of telling
tomates lots and lots of tomates .
from 16 most guys dont grow more than 1 and in rare cases 2 inches but you shouldnt count on getting taller than 5'10, and growth stops at 18 on average at guys ;)
