If you have testicular cancer, you will feel a hard lump on your testicles. You should roll each testicle between finger and thumb, and if it's oval, then it's fine, but if it has a lump on it then it's not fine. The is a lumpy tube at the back of your testicles - this is not cancer. It had to be a lump on the testicle,so to make that clear, the lump sould be on the ball inside your sack (which there are two off). If you are ever in any doubt, see your doctor. Hey, pal, you need to do some online research on this subject. Your testicles are two rounded things in that sac--one is usually smaller than the other. Cancer pieces can be as small as a grain of rice and unseen by the naked eye.
