Why do i feel so deprested?!
Question: im 12 and i feel really deprested for a few days now and im not sure why
i got a girlfriend(for 2months now)
plz dont tell me im crazy or go to a doctor

I'm not gonna tell you tht ur crazy and need to go to a therapist but you do need someone to talk to. Maybe a friend or someone who knows what ur life has been like lately. maybe something in ur life is bothering you beyond belief but you can't figure it out urself. I would need more infomation about what you think might be making you so sad. does ur girlfriend bother you. She's the only part of ur life you've mentioned in ur question besides the fact that ur twelve. do you not truly like her? are you afriad ur relationship won't last ? think about what has happened lately in ur life that might be making you feel this way, is a family member being cruel, is someone close to you acting different. are past feelings, maybe something that happened to scare you in the past, emerging and making you depressed? think about it. if worst comes to worse and you really have no idea why you are feeling this way, ya know, it could be just puberty hitting. it sends your emotions at a wack and makes them go haywire.
