when i saw the title of this question, i made a guess that the person who was asking it would be 12/13 and i was right.

Dont worry about this, its perfectly normal. Its just you starting puberty - your hormone levels are high, which is why you're finding yourself agitated for no apparent reason.

Just remember this, dont be afraid to post any more related questions in the future

Dan

well it isnt abnormal
it happens to a lot of people
there might be something on your mind that you need to talk about.

i think you may have bipolar disorder, don't worry it just means you have really big mood swings, but you should get it checked cuz if you don't learn how to control it, you might hurt the people you love

this fast change in moods sounds like manic depression to me, ive had it and its not nice. i went to see my doctor and it really helped. maybe give that a go...or just speak to your close friends or family about it, someone u trust.

just think about all good stuff....and the funny and stupid stuff you done in past...or plan to do something crazy with somebody........always try to be cool...dont think negative ever.....and you will never be unhappy again....
just think about all the stuff that makes you unhappy...and just stop thinking about it...
i know you can do it....it's easy .

yo dude,

its the crazy hormones runnin thru ya body......

.......which r gonna put u thru sum major changes,

as well as spin ya thru every emotion there is!!

its life, just chillax & enjoy the ride as best u can,

talkin with mates is very important.......

......& havin a "best mate" is totally essential to help u thru!!!

It is just your hormones.

Look up puberty and you'll find it is one of things you'll have to enjoy while taking the ride.

I looked it once and it does say that you have sudden mood changes. Like me, I'm always really happy or I can get pissed really easy. And you tend to judge yourself and say you are ugly. Sounds girly but not really.

Well lets see here......
It sounds like your bipolar hun.
Maybe ask your doctor!
:D

-mood swings by people who suffer under clinical depression are very common.
so my only advice to you is - to see your doctor , and don,t be ashamed to tell him your problem --
there is help for you out there -- believe me .
and have a happy day .

Are you going through puberty? Could be a hormonal thing.

If it continues or becomes too severe, let your parents know and they can take you for a medical evaluation, to rule out anything serious.

Please don't listen to people on here who say you are Bi-polar or manic-depressive. They are not professionals and should not be rushing to judgement. I myself am not a professional, that's why I suggested you seek medical help.

Good luck!

There are significant physiological changes taking place during puberty - not the least of which is your mental development. I'm not referring to learning here, but the actual physical dimensions of your brain, as the grey matter is thickened, then periodically trimmed away, in order to make the brain more efficient. (See also http://www.thehealthcenter.info/teen-moo... )
In addition, certain neurotransmitters have altered production levels and effects during certain stages of puberty, especially those which influence the hippocampus (the emotional center of the brain). (See also http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles... ).

In summary: There's nothing in particular wrong with you, though there is certainly no reason not to discuss your mood swings with a medical professional should they become more severe (that is, should you ever act on an urge to hurt yourself or someone else). Otherwise, relax and enjoy the ride...

me 2 but worse its more like happy as can be then depressed ( in itervalls of days though )
