Too bad for you. I'm glad you're concerned about the hygiene of your penis. You should try soap and water first off and make sure you get under the man junk, skin. A sprinkle of baby powder and your as good as you can get with that nasty skin. Sorry. Maybe you should get surgery and remove it. If it smells or is uncomfortable.
Just shower everyday and make sure you pull back your foreskin and wash in there.

PS Play with it as much as you want, its good for it, and don't get circumcised just because someone else can't imagine one that doesn't look just like his. Yours feels better when you use it -- keep it that way. ;-)
