Depends on the fish. I can catch a Blue Gill with a piece of bologna in five minutes. Bass take a little more coaxing.
The best a hybrid stripper. It takes a little more time to get one on the lure, but they'll put up a good fight.
About 3 hours average for me.
The longer the wait, the more exciting.
But you can also speed things up by using the fish radar =D.
i can catch a fish while fishing in about 5mins if im trying hard but if i'm bored and the fish arnt apealling to me it can take about 20mins-30 ; )
