If you masturbate too often and are doing so in a position different from when you have intercourse, you are basically training your body to only ejaculate when you are in your masturbation position. Also, if you do masturbate too often, you are generally extinguishing any pent up sexual desires that you could be using on your girlfriend.

I have had the same thing happen to me. I could be you are not longer sexually attracted to your girlfriend or you spend to much time with yourself.
Is it about the erection part and the ejaculation part that makes you worry? maybe having masturbating a little will help you to have erection and more easier to ejaculate. perhaps if you had masturbate, do not try masturbating just before having intercourse. maybe avoid masturbating a day before you have intercourse with your girl friend. maybe it works. hope this suggestion works for you.
