It looks like you need to start at home; with your diet first.

What you eat will almost always out weigh how much you exercise in terms of weight loss.

I would be happy to offer you some great suggestions so that you don't get picked on anymore. I can understand your frustration.

First of all, start eating lean proteins, eliminate all the junk food, SODA!(Empty calories) and greasy foods.

Eat lean chicken breast with veggies or any lean meat with veggies. You wanna stay away from tooo much oils. Use Pam cooking spray if you can when cooking;this works!

If you can, grill your meats even!

Avoid carbs if you want to lose weight quickly. Perhaps you can start the south beach diet to kick start your weight loss efforts. This can help you lose at least 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks.

Start with cardio 3 times a week for 30 mins. Then go up to 4-5 times a week.

Walking, jogging, jump rope, do anything you can to start the process. Remember, anything is better than staying on your butt at home and doing no physical activity.

Channel all that pain of getting teased and use it productively to help you achieve your fitness goals and lose weight and feel great about yourself.

Imagine how you'll feel when you are slimmer and confident that no one even gets to you anymore. Picture yourself ALREADY in that mind frame.

Find daily motivation. You can also "attract" fitness ,working out and a health diet into your lifestyle. Read up on it, blogs, magazines, whatever it takes, educate yourself!

Perhaps for motivation watch "the secret". It's a great motivational tool.

The best advice I can give you is to read up as much as you can about weight loss, education and knowledge and application of this knowledge is KEY!

Count calories! What are you eating today? If your currently eating 2500 calories, cut out 500 each day and you should see progress quicker.

Instead of eating around 3 large meals a day, divide this into 4-6 smaller meals.

Smaller meals are the key to losing weight.

Avoid being around people that do not promote weight loss in your life or people that constantly eat junk food and keep you away from your fitness and weight loss goals.

Drink a lot of water. Perhaps you can try one of the popular and effective weight loss supplements.

After a week or so you can start off by doing 100 situps each day. 25 basic, 25 leg raises, 25 side obliques(to the right), then 25 to the left.

Then when you lose more weight, try doing push ups.

Gradually push yourself harder.

Find a great motivational program that can help assist your goals and keep you on track.

Make a list of what doing what I mentioned above will do for you, and also make a list of what the negative effects will be if you DON'T follow through and make a lifestyle change to your diet and exercise.

Weigh the pro's and con's. Im sure you can find more pleasure in actually working out and losing weight and completely turning your life around.

Think about how much more defined your face will be! By losing fat around the facial area you will look SO much better!

Good luck on your weight loss quest and most importantly, you really gotta believe in yourself and you WILL make it!

Make a journal, be consistent and DO SOMETHING each day and each day thereafter do SOMETHING MORE!

Dang you are big.
Maybe ou can start by doing a brisk walk every morning or after school

then gradually start running..you could also start lifting weights as well maybe 4-3times a week
Eat plenty of meat, vegetable..(home cooked).. lay off of the fast food and sweets

Join Gold's GYM!

poor guy, 212 isn't that big at 16, in another 4 years at 212 lb. you will be in the normal weight area.

learn to fight. learn the basics of throwing a punch, it will come in handy when being picked on + being picked on does not stop at a certain weight man.

but yeah, start exercising slow. dancing / boxing is good to getting the heart rate up and you sweating. then mix in some push ups for a bigger chest, dumbbells for strong arms. squats for strong legs and crunches for abs. eat dry fruits and drink a good daily amount of water. more muscles = more fat burning so workout for lean muscles. big muscles take up too much energy and might cause you to burnout. take it easy and slow. i workout at the end of the day, daily activity is a natural warm up for the body.

go at it natural man, no powershakes, no drugs or energy bars/drinks. trust, that will bring unwanted excess of energy. just 6 small meals a day.

dude!!

dont feel bad.....
I ll try to tell you al I know...I hope it helps...

U are pretty big so I wouldnt recommend you to start working out right away, cuz u are gonna find it really difficult and that wil make so feel upset and dissapointed.

First start going on a diet....
I would suggest u to watch the fat on EACH thing you eat during the day....

check the labels on the packages of any snack pack or whatever u eat/drink....
u will get totally surprised when you check the fat on some little snacks...
they usually have something like this:

CALORIES: 100
CALORIES FROM FAT: 40

TOTAL FAT........................................
SATURATED FAT........................................
CARBS....................................
PROTEINS.................................
..

...

..

U HAVE TO CHECK THE FAT PERCENTAGE....
BUT EVEN MORE IMPORTANT..THE SATURATED FAT...CUZ THAT ONE IS THE WORST(BESIDES THE TRANS)

the percentage means that , lets say the label says 20% saturated fat...that means that one portion of that food snack, whatever, ....has 20% saturated fat out of the total amount of saturated fat u should take for the whole day!!

so you would oly be able to eat 5 portions of that thing for one day and EAT nothing else......

I hope u get what im saying....
learn to watch this saturated fat percentage before even buying something.

u wil see how u lose weight after a short period of time.
then...once u feel like lighter, u should start working out, ....
and once u have almost NO fat covering your muscles, then u should be able to see the actual muscles ...and that will boost you to keep on working out to improve...
cuz u will see changes....

GOOD LUCK!!!!!
really ...I wish u good luck dude.
