You're totally normal, once you can pull it back with ease, start washing under it everyday in the shower.

The foreskin begins attached to the head, during puberty this will seperate and then can be fully retracted. If it hasn't happened naturally yet just wait, you shouldn't force it, it'll happen when your body is ready for it.

yes. sometimes it's not an instant thing; stretching the foreskin, or getting to peel all the way back can take time. I just did mine in one swift jerk. There was a little pain, but it was over with and fully peeled back. This isn't for everyone, though. It was just some smegma holding things together. Some guys actually need to stretch the skin a tad to get it to retract. So take your time. It's not an instant thing, but it needs to be done. You need to be able to get soap and water under there so you aren't offering anyone a dirty dick.

If you can retract the foreskin all the way to make the penis head visible then you're in fine shape. Now just make sure you wash under there when you're in the shower.

not all uncircumsized boys can totally retract the foreskin it depends how penis was cut some boys can only pull back 1/2 way over the tip

just pull it back really hard. it may hurt, but yank on it until u hear it tear. then u will be good to go.
