Question: I was wondering if anyone could tell me from experience the amont of pain that comes along with this? I already know about the condition, I am wanting experiences from someone who has had this / or who has known someone.

I don't really think there's a large group of males out there who are going on the internet to talk about the problem they've been having with their testicles. Especially not on Answers ;)
it didn't happen to me but i know guys who did have it happen and it's pretty bad pain and they had to go to the hospital to get it fixed. if you don't get it fixed pretty fast your testicle can die because it's not getting any blood. it's the reason guys should wear jockstraps. the guys i know who had it happen to them were doing sports without a jockstrap - not smart.
