Answers: I'm 13 i want to know !

It's a world of difference from the female point of view. Don't mutilate your self. Don't mutilate your sons. You were born with foreskin and as long as you practice good hygiene you will be fine.

it's like the difference between a turtle neck sweater and a crew neck.

The uncut penis still has the foreskin. This is seen by the shaft skin covering the head (glans) of the penis. The skin over the head makes the end of the penis look like an anteater's mouth (if it's really long). The foreskin can be retracted to reveal the head.

A cut dude has had the foreskin removed so the head is exposed all the time. There may be some skin color differences along the shaft, and even a brown/black circ scar around his shaft about 1/3 to 1/2 way down.

Circumcised is when you have the skin on your penis cut off and uncircumcised is when you don't. Some say it cleaner to have it cut but personaly i dont think it matters as long as you clean it.

Every boy is born with a foreskin on his penis, which protects the highly-sensitive head and keeps it soft and moist.
Sometimes, that foreskin is cut off in a procedure called circumsizion. About 20% of males worldwide are circumsized.
Its usually done because its part of the guy's religion (i.e. Jewish, Muslim), or for medical purposes (like the foreskin being too tight to pull back).

edit: Of course its okay if you aren't circumsized! Like I said, most guys in the world aren't. You just need to spend a few extra seconds in the shower each day, pulling the foreskin down and washing there.

That's a good question!

All men are born with what is called a Foreskin. This is a piece (Or rather a tube) of skin that coveres the head (The bulb looking part) of the penis.

This skin protects and lubricates the head of the penis -which has many nerve endings and is very sensitive.

It is a common religious practice (particularly in Judaism) to remove this skin. The procedure is called circumcision.

The doctor basically just cuts the skin away so that it's no longer there. Some say that this is healthier because it reduces the risk of infection but truthfully if you are uncircumcised and you pull back your foreskin and clean your penis you shouldn't have issues.

That is the basic difference between the two. For more information, Wikipedia.org has a wonderful article on the subject but I suggest visiting with a parent as there may be images which your parents will need to explain to you.

its ok if ur not cicumciced as i am not either

it's like a "Pig in The Blanket".

Yu can't see the end of the hot dog if it is UNcut... but if it IS cut, then you can see it.
