I would leave it alone... surgery is usually the last option before like medicinal treatment and other forms of therapy. Surgery can have tons of complications and EVEN DEATH ... haha just kidding, but not really. I would just live with it unless it is seriously bothering you. If this is indeed cancer or something, don't want to scare you so don't take this too seriously, but seriously... Go see a specialist about this.

Dude, you spend too much time squuezing your nutsac.

go to a few doctors and dont settle for just 1 opinion. make a conclussion and decide on a choice

oooh that is scary.
leave it to the doctors.
maybe go see a specialist?

Thats .. Different.

Let em do surgery so if its cancer they can remove it.

Tell yeour doc if he sees no problem then forget about it. Unless it hurts

Your doctor is not giving you much of an advise. I would seek an assistance from a specialist, such as urologist, and get a definate diagnosis.

You don't want to cut into anything unless it is a last resort. There are ultra-sound, MRI, and other non-invasive method to diagnose these problems. If your doctor is saying he is not sure, and not willing to take it further for non-invasive diagnosis, he is obviously not a good fit for your problem.

i think everyone is aware the you have two balls in your scrotum.

no one on yahoo can give you a good answers since none of us are likely practicing medical personnels.

Listen to your doctor.

I think you should do what the doctor says or get a second opinion from someone who's specialty is urology. If you keep squeezing it, I guarantee it will start to hurt and you will think it is something serious. I am sure a needle biopsy can be done just to prove it is nothing to worry about.

It's very important for teenage guys to check their testicles because 15 - 35 is the most common age for testicular cancer. Keep track of it and have it checked again if it changes. There are LOTS of totally normal reasons for a slight difference in them but keep track of it. One of my brothers nest friends had testicular cancer at 19 but he's fine because they caught it early. It's VERY treatable so don't freak out!

Did your doctor mention it being a hydrocele? It's a collection of fluid in the scrotum. .Pretty common in young men/boys. (my son had one) If so, they generally go away by themselves but if they become painful, they can be drained (usually not the case)
Good luck
