Why do my muscles become flappy after a few days?!


Question: After i worked out a day, why do my muscles become flappy again after a day or a few days later? What's wrong? And how can i maintain it? Lemme know, thanks...

It's because when you work out you can't get enough oxygen to your muscles so lactic acid builds up, that's what makes you sore after working hard. Once the acid is gone your muscles aren't as large and slightly flappy, it's no big deal, if you stop working out the flap would go away, but it's not hurting anything, only a sign that your doing a good job.

They do if you fail to use them everyday. Once you've used them, you have to use them again or they become flabby!!!
