just wait awhile for puberty to start,you must look good without body hair wish that was me,my penis is 1.1/2 soft and only 5.1/2 hard erect,i have one ball also injured in football,my other ball is small as well,and it hangs very low and saggy as well and very winkled ,we must be brothers in that dept,i glad I'm not alone thanks for spreading this around

If you are serious about it, then you must go to a urologist immediately, and I mean ASAP! What you have is a case of an undescended testes which means that your testicle was trapped somewhere between your abdomen and your inguinal area as this is the route of the testes in its nornal course of descent into the testicular sac. Now, in cases of undescended testes, most develop testicular cancer. I hope it won't happen to you. You should have been advised by your pediatrician regarding that or your parents should have been alarmed when you were still young. I suggest you subject yourself to a thorough physical and medical check-up with your doctor of choice (preferrably a urologist).
one of my relative had something alike problem, he had only one testicle, but it was of normal size and now he is blessed with two babies too. his penis was also about 2 inches when not erected. any case dont get panic and just consult doctor
