Question: im 5'9 and 198.8 lbs. I was wondering is it possible to get to 150-165 by July 2008?

Actually this is very possible. You have approximately 12 weeks so you would only have to lose about 3 lbs a week. Since that's pretty much what most diet plans will have you losing you will need to find the right kind of plan for you.

You can eat but just substitute fatty foods with leaner ones. When snacking eat fruits and veggies instead of candies and chocolates. You know that second portion, you don't need it.

Also exercise. Instead of having your parents drive you to places, walk there. Do exercises and stretches before school. Don't over exert yourself, start off with low impact exercises and work yourself up.

Lastly, have a plan and keep with it, once you get yourself into a rhythm you should be OK. You must motivate yourself and remember, if you slip from your plan, pick yourself up and continue with it. Don't get down on yourself.

holy sh!t ur fat. dont eat fast food. dont eat until u cant eat anymore. eat small portions. and non fattening food. i dont beleive that ur gunna do this.

i say just exercise like go ride ur bike everyday and jog as far as u can then stop and walk then jog again and try to eat more healthy like more eggs and stuff like that i hope i helped u(:

Exercise! I'm not trying to be funny. Do all the exercises you know. Do it for at least 15 mins a day or something.

I belive you can do it if you do it rite. try eating only when your hungry and when you do eat small portions. try to eat as little bread as you can. same with tub butter. and drink WATER!!!! also do at least a mile a day and yoga or pilates is good for working out and loosing wieght. If you have dish go to channel 9575 and yoga is on at 11:00 and 5:00 hope I helped and good luck

wow we are the same size. so i am doing the same technique only that i am 5'8. Well i am 14 and i do like 60 sit-ups every night and i run/jog for lie 15-20 min. and i try to watch what i eat. I want hurt to eat some sweats but just try to lay off of them and the fast foods. Hope you may loose soem weight. Good Luck. Wish me luck to please.

Eat whole organic foods...stay away from processed, junk foods (the area of the supermarket which is the core or middle); exercise cardio 30-45 mins daily and drink tons of water..
