This could be a high blood pressure problem. I suggest he sees his doctor.
As we age from about 20 years old our testosterone levels diminish... to the point that where by the time we turn 65 our test levels are half that of when we were 20. Testosterone is responsible for libido. His testosterone may be low. He can have a blood test to ascertain this. It is sensible for men in their 40's to maintain an exercise regime to stave off the increased body fat associated with low test levels. High body fat induces mroe oestrogen... which also lowers libido... and causes more body fat in men... so exercise is worth performing. He will feel like a new man after a while and you will notice it in the bedroom.

That is a feeling of orgasm, if it lasts more then a few seconds, then its a problem.
Sometimes a guy can feel light-headed after his orgasm.
At 44, he's not the same as an 18 year old. Many men at 44 are very active and some are not. The amount of drive he has is determined by many things. Being healthy will be a plus. Being and having unhealthy habits is not.

1. Probably just hyperventilates and that is why he is dizzy... very common for people who breath heavy for an extended amount of time.
2. It's different for everyone... generally speaking, a guys sex drive slowly starts declining after age 19.
It might be wise to get his blood pressure checked and hey whats normal sex drive?
maybe ur pounding him too hard. try giving him head and see if he still gets dizzy after that.
He may need to have his blood pressure checked you are rocking his world but you maybe killing him too... Be careful and please have him see a Doc... Please
I have to agree with the blood presure problem. He may have normal presure when the doc takes it, but its running high during sex, I would get it checked out by a doctor for sure.
