Your foreskin is attached to the head of your penis via a piece of connecting tissue called the frenulum. Without it your foreskin would just be willy nilly floating around and it'd be just impossible to get anything done.

Depending on how stretched the frenulum and actual foreskin are, the further or shorter distance it can be moved around.

Some people's foreskin can be pulled way back past the head and hangs way past the head.

Other people's foreskin will hang just barely past the head of the penis and will contract just barely behind it.

As long as the foreskin covers the head of your penis when it's limp and can be easily pulled back without being tight when you're erect, you've got yourself a perfectly normal working foreskin.

Also if you're circumcised you might have little to no foreskin left. The skin won't really go anywhere special. This is fine too. None of these situations will negatively affect your future sex life--which I'm hoping you wait until later on in life to have!

it will go as far as you pull it down until it reaches its limit wich is just past the head, youll be fine

theres nothing bad going on. penises are like finger prints. if your circumcised don't expect your foreskin to go too far. you shouldnt worry about something like that. only start worrying if you get sores or big bumps (warts), or if it hurts when you piss (gohneria).

You will only be able to pull your foreskin back to just below the glans. If you exmaine yourself you will see two pieces of tissue on either side of your urethra that are preventing it from being pulled further.

This will not affect sexual intercourse in any way. Intact men have been having sex for aeons. Some men find it uncomfortable to insert the penis without pulling back the foreskin and others leave the glans covered. It all depends on preference.
