Try wiping your butt after using the bathroom.
I found that wiping makes a HUGE difference.
Or, if you could get ahold of those "washlets" (toilet seats that spray your butt and wash it for you)... those clean real well and also feel great!
Girl, that is gross! Use feminine wipes throughout the day. or FDS. Or you may have an infection, see your gyno.
