No, it has no effect. It's just a coincidence that you haven't grown since then.

circumcision should not affect growth.
if anything, it should make your penis look larger.

No, nothing really stunts its growth, you just get what you are given. The best thing you can do is make sure your diet is adequate for your growing body.

Circumcision may cause the penis to grow wrongly, I don't know about stunting. It might have I guess. If it did, I don't know that you will catch up.

I'm sorry that happened to you -- I hope it wasn't some religious silliness that led to it and was actually medically necessary. I was circumcised at 2, and the first memories I have actively are of waking up in agony. It is the only thing I ever blamed my parents for. Parents should not mutilate their children, whether it is circumcision for boys or female circumcision for girls, and regardless of the reason unless its medical necessity -- leave your kids' organs alone.

I hope that your penis does get bigger, if it doesn't I'm sorry. You are wonderful just as you are!!! Believe in yourself.

Kindest possible thoughts,

no it just means that you have part of your penis missing.
men who are victims of genital mutilation like you can overcome it fairly well. The remains of your penis will grow and with help, it will be able to function fairly well.

No....its all in the genes!
