I been taking Flomax for enlarger prostate for 6 months?!

The drug is not a cure, it just relieves the symptoms of BPH. You need to ensure this is the actual cause of your symptoms; I assume your urologist did a blood test to ensure you don't have prostate cancer.
Since it doesn't cure the problem, you need to continue taking the drug indefinitely to receive the benefit.
As someone else mentioned, the drug can also cause retrograde ejaculation - meaning that instead of coming out of the penis, it is driven back into the bladder. This is not dangerous, but many men find it psychologically unsettling and discontinue treatment.

This medication is an alpha-blocker that is used to improve symptoms, associated with an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hypertrophy). It works by relaxing muscles in the bladder and prostate. This may improve urine flow rates and decrease urinary hesitancy/urgency. This medication should not be used to treat high blood pressure.

How Taken
Take this medication by mouth, generally once daily. Take the first dose at bedtime to minimize the chances of getting dizzy or fainting. After the first dose, take your regularly scheduled dose 30 minutes after the same meal each day; or take exactly as directed by your doctor. Do not crush, chew or open the capsule. Swallow it whole. The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to therapy. Use this medication regularly in order to get the most benefit from it. Remember to use it at the same time each day. If you have not taken this drug for several days, contact your doctor to re-establish your dosing schedule. To minimize side effects, you will be restarted at the lowest dose. The dosage will then gradually be increased. It may take up to 4 weeks to notice an improvement in symptoms. Read the Patient Information Leaflet, available from your pharmacist. Flomax is for osteoporosis. Why are you using it for prostate?
I only took it for a month - It made it easier to urinate, that part was good, but it affected my ability to have an orgasm. I would barely ***. I would rather have a slow stream than not to be able to ***.

You could possibly be taking it for the rest of your life. Just address the issue with your Dr. at your next appointment. He will make sure that the proper tests are done to see if you can be taken off of the medication.
