Puberty usually doesn't start until around 13. That's when you first have hair around the base of your penis and get semen when you masturbate until you have an orgasm. Be patient.

your just going through puberty. as for the piss instead of c*m experience, just go to a toilet, jerk off, and check whether the stuff coming out is thin or thick. if its thick, then its c*m and you dun need to check a doctor.
