Is it true the foreskin dries up when you get old?!
Question: Just wondering as not sure to have a baby circumcised
Answers: Just wondering as not sure to have a baby circumcised
No, the foreskin is skin, and will not dry up any more than normal skin, it's location does nothing that would cause it to dry up. As for what you should do for your son, leave him alone. His foreskin is not yours to meddle with, and you have no business cutting off part of his body without his informed consent. By leaving him intact, you allow him to make his own decisions about his body, and as most people do realize, when you make decisions on your own, your decision holds more power and meaning to you. Even several of the people who adamantly push for circumcision have come to these conclusions themselves, which is why they are so passionate about it, much like people who are against circumcision feel so passionately about their point of view as well, it's all because personal choices hold so much meaning and power for those that make them. Granted, you will have to keep his penis clean throughout childhood, but then, how is this any different than any other part of his body? Teaching him to be clean is a part of life. So, for the sake of your son, allow him to make his own choices, don't feel the need to make his choices for him, it's simply proper human etiquette to allow people the freedom to choose for themselves.
if we were born with it than just leave it.
