Can I build a six pack if I only excercise my abs at the gym (See Details)?!


Question: I don't have time to exercise every day, I go to the gym 4 times a week and I'm starting to do abdominal exercises at the gym, can this help me build a six pack even though I don't exercise my abs daily?

You will build buscle in ab area BUT they will not show unless you do cardio to burn fat in that area.

Exercising the abs isn't usually the problem; we all have abs. Excerise helps define them, but you can't see them because there is a layer of fat covering the stomach. To see the abs, you have to get your total body fat down below 5%; and some men just can't do that, even with lots of cardio and diet.
