Question: I am 14 years old about to turn 15 in one month. I have had pubic hair since I was 12 and sperm since I turned 14. My penis is very small its around 3 Inches long erect. And my testicals are very small and dont hang.
My brother which JUST turned 13 has a larger penis then I do, its thicker and around 3 inches soft, his balls are larger and hang down farther. Does this mean I will have a small penis? Truthfully. Because I can tell by the way almost all the dudes at school talk [deep voice] have "developed" im in the 9th grade and my brother is in the 7th.

people grow at different rates, so your "slow growth" does not determine whether you will have a small penis or not. you are only 14 years of age. You probable have about 5 years more to grow. Don't stress dude.
First of all, dont compare yourself to your brother. Plus your 14 they say that guys completly finish growing at around 19
so you can keep that in mind. Dont stress about it though, you'll grow just be patient.
