I am 5'8" and I weigh 152 lbs. Do I need to loose weight?!
Question: I am wondering if I need to loose weight and I would like to know if there are certain exercises I should do. I would also like to know what sort of diet I should be in on a daily basis.

YES chubby boy u should loose weight, lift weights n workout, pushups for chest muscles(pectorals) dumbells for biceps, shoulders and a lil more complicated TRICEPS turn all that fat into muscle, evrytime i workout i loose fat n gain muscle n get laid!!
and for n-ebody that says "nah u cool blah blah" they wrong, if u keep eatin bad food (i eat anything N-E THANG because i workout most of the time so i never get fat) youre gonna reach 160!!! n dats really bad news so workout get ripped feel the burn get girls, its not gud to be 152 and 5'8 im 5'9 n i weight 138 (mostly muscle n no fat at all) so yea trust me once u get the hang of it, YOURE GONNA LIKE WORKIN OUT!! U GONNA WANT TO FEEL THE BURN!!
best advice start with pushups while watchin music videos or blastin music, then move on to lift dumbells in front of a mirror, drink lots of water n u sweat, very good news when u sweat!!. Since aparently u dont work out, the next day your arms might hurt(u NOT gonna be able to stretch them, it'll hurt), so give it a two day break when they start hurtin, then go on, after that u cool u already broke dem bith3s in(muscles), n u can continue
WARNIG THO: that teqnique works perfectly for ME, but remember im not u and u not me so if my teqnique doesnt work, just ask someone else or go to YOUTUBE and search for workout vids
well look thats just me, if u really feel chunky n heavy work out, but if u feel ok, still work out its good to workout!!

Not really. That's not an ideal perfect weight but it's healthy and just fine.

No, you don't need to lose any weight...you should be just about perfect height and weight. My ex was 5'9 and 142lbs and he was too damn skinny.
