Doing something like this can be dangerous and distracting to the driver which may result in an accident or worse. I would advise against it, but for the record, it's a fantasy of mine to get head on the road, too. But it is just a fantasy.

From a personal experience, it's very good because not only does it feel good for obvious reason, there's that little hint of danger if the guy doesn't pay attention to the road so it's an added bonus. Just make sure you're guy can keep his eyes on the road and you're good to go.

Its very exciting especially if the person in the car next to you notices what you are doing that just adds to the excitement Level. my ex gf and I use to do it all the time the one main thing he has to do is pay attention the road no matter what.
Bornto be.... The truth of the matter is that it has happened many times, and the results were an accident happened with the guy losing his penis when the crash happened and she bit it off. They both died in the accident also. Imagine having your family finding this out with the penis still in the young girls mouth. I assure you it has happend more then once. I was one who was there to try to administer first aid. It may sound Ha! Ha! but i tell you it has happened. It is also something you never forget! Good Luck!
