Well, an actual phimosis diagnosis is hard to give until after puberty... and from the sounds of it that isn't what is happening. You still have awhile to go before you should be worried about that, especially since you can already retract the foreskin a bit while erect. I would just give it some time.

As babies, the foreskin is "glued" to the head of the penis to prevent retraction and infection, you aren't suppose to be able to pull back the skin until that "glue" goes away. And even after it does, your foreskin can still be tight until you finish puberty. Many people think they have phimosis (even doctors misdiagnose this), when really the tightness would just go away naturally.

However, if you want to keep stretching that is fine, but dont be worried about it. If the problem still exists after a few years, just start stretching more and you will be fine.

just go see a doctor. seriously. they will be very professional and tell you everything. an online forum cant look at you.

At 14 you still have a lot of changes to come in your body, so for the time being I would relax and suggest you are probably normal.

If you have previously been able to completely retract your foreskin, and you are only recently having this trouble, then this increases the chances that this is something you need to get seen for by a doctor.

This is something you should keep an eye on and go see your doctor if anything changes drastically, you start to get pain, or you notice any swelling.

This is unrelated to penis size, so don't worry too much about that one. Just keep an eye on things, and as I said, if this is only a recent onset problem or anything changes, go see a doctor.

to be safe just go to the doctor they will be able to help and don't feel embarrassed coz heaps of people go to the doctors everyday for all sorts of things
