I don't know about the rest of the races, and there are exceptions. There are asian men out there with bigger members than some black or white people people. There are also black and white people with penises smaller than the average asian's.

No acutally it is not because of race but more of size. Most asians are skinny, like thinned bone , so even if they are the same height, there are more skinny then the rest, so that means there is skinny also. Thats why alot of people, gays, somehow seen it and just say that while the majority is small or skinny, its the same with other races is just that there are more big people in other races rather than asians which have more smaller people so its really just the whole body size in porprotion
