I'd definitely say yes. From my experience, (though it may not be much) I believe guys and girls are quite similar in this respect.
I know that for any girl I've dated, I always daydream about being with her, (before and after we start dating) snuggling/cuddling with her, kissing her, etc.
Bottom line: if a guy has a TRUE feeling for a girl, the guy will more than likely daydream about her just as she would of him.
Usually about going out with her.

I daydream about them talking to me and also us dating. It may not last long though. I won't daydream about someone who I know doesn't like me though, that is just a waste of time.

then BAMMM the principal walks in
but i wouldnt even care if i got in trouble
