Question: we've never spoken before.
we've "known" eachother for about three years now and he's done it every since he first saw me.
actually, he only saw me once. he was with his friends, I was with mine. we left. next time he saw me was a year later at school but we didn't have any classes with me. it's been two years since we found out we go to the same school. he stares at me every time he sees me. this really deep stare. I know he's not a creep or a perv because he's on the basketball team, the football team, the track team, and he has a ton of friends, a ton of admires/options.
if I smile he'll just have this serious look on his face.

just because hes the most popular guy in school does not mean hes not a creep, and by what u say eather ur really hot and he is just amazed by u, or he just wants to take u for a ride and add u to his collection!! hope i help!!
