Question: Ok guys, what do you think of this situation?
So my boyfriend and I were fooling around. This happened on the 15th day of my cycle. He ejaculated, and did not urinate. 40 mins to an hour later, we began fooling around again, and he, as he did before, pushed his penis into me a little, not very far, and did so a few times. He did not ejaculate again. I do not know if there was any pre-semen...but do you think that I could be pregnant as a result of this? I realize that this was irresponsible...so please save your lectures? Thank you for all your input.
One detail that I wanted to add: I asked my boyfriend if sperm is in pre-semen, and he said that no, there isn't, and that he "wasn't there yet, so [I] shouldn't worry" Can he know if he is "there yet" or not?

Sorry but there is sperm in pre ejaculate. And even if he only goes "in" a quarter inch that's more than enuf to make you preggers. Be care ful of this fellow. Especially on the 15th DAY!!!!!!!
I hate to break it to you, but there can definitely be sperm in pre-ejaculate.
However, a guy can tell whether or not he's "there" or almost "there". Trust me, it's quite obvious. Plus, a guy can USUALLY tell if there's pre-ejaculate there or not, but not always.
To answer your main question, yes. There is a possibility you can get pregnant from pre ejaculate.

"Wasn't there yet" sounds like he meant no he wasn't about to orgasm. Typically he wouldn't feel the per-ejaculate. Get a smarter boy friend.

Pre-seminal fluids is the most 'potent' sperm there is. So there is a small chance, around 10% chance you could be pregnant.
BUT. You said he ejaculated, then 40 minutes later put his penis into you. If this is true, it's good news. That means most of his semen was already discharged, making the amount of pre-seminal fluids very small.
3% chance of pregnacy. I would be wary of pregnacy, but not worried.
