Does frequent shaving help delay baldness?!

Question: No its a myth as i have see many keeping short hair and also shaving every 10/15 days but still they lost their hair as if follicles are weak then nothing can be done.As i too lost my hair in spite of my best care and shaving frequently and now i shave my head daily and has kept french cut beard which has totally changed my personality and people say i look better then when i used to use wig to hide baldness.
