Question: I didn't want him to know I liked him because I'm just like that but he knows everything so he knew but I really didn't want him to know so I kept acting like I didn't like him so he decided to test me by acting like I didn't exist and looking cold/mean around me. made me feel like I really fuqed up and that I needed to stop liking him. so I kept telling myself that he moved across the country and I should just get over him. I finally get over him and a friend tells me she thinks he still likes me because he pays a lot of attention to me and i don't notice. she waited to tell me and now it's like he thinks that I thought he didn't like him so he's just gonna give up and never want anything to do with me again.
we've never even spoken before. 1st saw eachother about 3 years ago (once) and were immediately attracted to eachother. next time we saw eachother was a yr. later and he would always stare at me which led to that.

Guys like chasing a girl but if you never spoke to him and you kept acting like you didn't like him, then he assumed that you didn't like him and went on to find other girls in the couple years you guys haven't seen one another. For a guy, there's no point in chasing after a girl who doens't even show a little bit of interest when they could be going after someone else who is at least interested.
Personally if I was chasing after you for 3 years and you didn't bother to talk to me or show any signs that you were interested, I wouldn't keep wasting my time trying to pursue you when you clearly wasn't interested.
