Stop worrying for now. If you are "jerking off" but not ejaculating, then you are either not ready to ejaculate or just not finishing the job. Takes practice and also maturation of the testicles. all the above things (body changes) can happen even if you are sterile. You'd have to go in for a semen test.
A friend of mine has a brother who is sterile because he damaged his gonads MANY times. If you really want kids be careful from here on out.

If your doctor checked you out and said you were fine, then I would not worry about it. Everything you described is natural for a a thirteen year old.
As for a wet dream, you mostly had one and did not realize it. I suggest taking strip of stamps and wrapping them around your penis when flaccid. If they break, then most likely you had a wet dream and did not remember it.
Also, "dry cumming" is common for 13 year olds. Just give yourself time.
